Myra Chack Fleischer
Lead Counsel |
Myra Chack Fleischer founded the firm in 2001 and serves as Lead Counsel with a focus on divorce, property, custody and support, settlement agreements, mediation, and asset division. She has been practicing law in San Diego since 1997 with experience in civil litigation and family law. Prior to becoming an attorney, Myra worked for 10 years as an accountant in public accounting and then as the controller of an international mid-sized software company. In addition, she is the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Federal Taxation. Her financial background combined with her law expertise is a key factor in Myra’s success in avoiding court, driving settlement of assets through mediation, while maintaining a formidable reputation as a fierce litigator, when necessary. Myra lives with her husband Charlie and three children and holds a strong belief in the advocacy of children to the sensitive practice of domestic law.

Frann Setzer
Attorney
Frann is originally from the East Coast. She received a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1982 and went on to receive a Master’s in Business Administration from New York University’s Stern Graduate School of Business in 1990. Frann pursued a career in advertising and marketing until moving to Lake Tahoe in 1993, where she subsequently ran her own business. In 2001, Frann relocated to San Diego with her son and in 2003 entered law school. She graduated from California Western School of Law in the top 25% of her class in December of 2006. During law school, Frann developed an interest in litigation and interned with both the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Public Defender. After passing the February 2007 California Bar, Frann began working in family law with the Law Office of Myra Chack Fleischer. This is an area of the law very close to her heart, given her personal experience with divorce. Frann feels she brings not only life experience to her law practice,
but has unique insight as to how to rebuild one’s life after the changes brought on by divorce.

Bon Salazar
Office Manager / Legal Assistant
Bon has over 14 years of experience in personal injury, probate, family, and adoption law serving San Diego County. She has been with our firm since 2003 and currently serves as the Office Manager and Legal Assistant to Myra Chack Fleischer. Bon started her career working part-time as a loan processor and collections agent at Wells Fargo, while being a full-time legal assistant. Her financial background combined with her unique understanding in the nuances of family law situations serves our clients with exceptional customer service. In addition, Bon is married with two children.
