At the time of filing a CC/CV motion, the Court requires both parties to attend a class called POP (Parents Outreach Program).
After both parties attend POP, the Court will assign a mediation date at the end of the class session. POP Classes are Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursdays from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
There are handbooks on the POP Class available at the Mediation Office.
